SERVICE.

By accessing and using the services provided by DREAMWORX CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company regarding our engineering and construction services.

DREAMWORX CONSTRUCTION specializes in high-stakes engineering solutions, including electrical emergency response, industrial solar panel installation, and complex plumbing infrastructure. All services are performed by EMA-certified specialists adhering to Singapore's national safety standards.

Clients must provide accurate site information and ensure safe access for our rapid response units. You are responsible for the veracity of all project specifications provided during the consultation phase.

Project fees are determined via formal quotations. Standard payment terms are specified on each invoice. For emergency rapid response, immediate mobilization fees may apply as per the current operational schedule.

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, DREAMWORX CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from infrastructure failures beyond our immediate scope of intervention.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
